The Asset Management & Maintenance Department is organising a series of online sessions covering aspects in the field of technical management and maintenance (TBO) in buildings in 2024.

Normally, our target audience consists of people who recognise themselves in the roles of Assetowner, Assetmanager, technical service provider, consultant, inspector, contract manager, project manager, enforcer or user. But because of the strategic choice that KIVI's voting members will have to make in the upcoming Members' Council meeting with regard to the KIVI location, we are focusing on them in particular now.

In the second half of 2024, we will highlight the KIVI location from the technical, functional and historical perspective. In this webinar, we consider the functional perspective, and

we will ensure that there is plenty of room for interaction and knowledge sharing in the sessions. The sessions will be recorded in the time block from 16:30 to 18:00 so that people can watch them again via the KIVI website. The sheets will also be shared in pdf via the KIVI website. After 18:00, there will be an opportunity to talk digitally until 18:30.

Our first speaker is Amer Alhassan of AAArchitects, who took KIVI through the renovation of the Great Hall and the realisation of the Foyer.

Our second speaker is Ron Termeer of Arcadis, who has the final responsibility with regard to the KIVI Board's assignment on advising on housing scenarios.

Our third speaker is Norbert Bol of NEVAP, the Dutch Real Estate Exploitation Platform (see NEVAP) of which Arcadis is a member and with which the KIVI Building Committee has entered into a partnership.

The three gentlemen will share their knowledge, experiences and visions of the future in this webinar using the KIVI location as a concrete case study.
