The central question is, what is re-engineering, what are the possibilities and developments now and in the future?

Maarten Oostdam of "Oostdam Engineering" will give a lecture with examples answering the above questions on 19 November next. In this lecture, he will also show a number of examples, such as reproducing impellers for the Suez Canal pumps, the take-home egg for Randstad's headquarters in Diemen and of a propeller shaft.

If you have interesting applications or a challenge related to the re-engineering of a component, there will also be an opportunity to bring these in during the lecture.
