Amsterdam Central
Description
On Thursday 3 October, ConcepT is organising a drinks lecture for the first time. Here, Infraflex in combination with Movares will provide a lecture on Amsterdam Central Station. This busiest monument in the Netherlands is currently undergoing a metamorphosis so that Amsterdam Central will remain a high-quality entrance to the city in the future.
The unique, historical character of the station will not be lost after the metamorphosis. After the work, the intention is for visitors to be able to enjoy staying and shopping at Amsterdam Central in addition to travelling. There is a major challenge for the cooperating parties to keep the existing shopping area open for visitors, while also ensuring that the area remains accessible, liveable and safe and that disruption is kept to a minimum.
Features:
- Multidisciplinary Project Management.
- The "shop" will remain open during the renovation.
Drinks and a snack will be included during the lecture, which will take place in the "Beneden Peil" drinks cellar at 16.00.
Programme:
- 16.00 - 16.10: Kick-off Infraflex
- 16.10 - 17.20: Movares - Interactive lecture "Amsterdam Centraal".
- 17.20 - 17.30: Closing Infraflex
- From 17:30: Afterwards drinks with Infraflex, students and the speakers of Movares. From this moment on, people who have not signed up for the lecture are also just welcome in the basement!
