Description

On 15 February, you are once again welcome to ConcepT's Symposium. This year, this is another day of lectures, workshops and networking drinks. This year's symposium will again have an integral theme, covering water, construction and traffic. The theme of the 2017 Symposium is Code Red - Dealing with extremes. Indeed, extreme situations are playing an increasing role in the civil engineering field. Examples include extremely high water levels in rivers, sewers that can no longer cope with extreme rainfall, motorways that have to handle ever more traffic, overcrowded public transport, lack of space in cities and building under extreme conditions. All examples of extreme situations that can only be solved with new technologies.
