One of the most important lessons learned on the North/South Line project lie in the area of Communication and Environmental Management. This evening, Michiel Jonker (spokesperson for the North/South Line) and Esther Hesp (environment management coordinator) will take the time to talk at length about the repositioning of the project after the incidents on the Vijzelsgracht in 2008. Using many examples, we will be taken through the project highlighting, among other things, the use of social media and crisis communication.
