Pilot area Purmerringdijk
On Thursday 15 June next, the Dike Monitoring Network, in collaboration with Hoogheemraadschap Hollands Noorderkwartier (Erik Vastenburg), Geodan (Stefan de Graaf) and Deltares (Chris Bremmer), will organise a workshop on the Purmerringdijk Pilot Area.
In the Purmer, several pilots have been carried out, all of which are directly related to dike monitoring, with the aim of better telling the story of the dike.
During this workshop, we would like to take you along two implemented cases:
- Real-time dyke strength based on pore pressure gauges. We take you through the IoT solution along the integration of DAM Live and visualisation in the Dashboard Continuous Insight. In doing so, we take a look into the future where we are working on the (real-time) integration of proven strength.
- The collected data and the DigiTwin of the Purmerringdijk. Always curious about what a digital twin of a dike might look like and the processes and techniques behind it?
In short: a very interesting afternoon, where digitisation is central, with the exception of the workshop because it is physical!
The workshop will start at 14:00 and end around 17:00 and will take place at the headquarters of Hoogheemraadschap Hollands Noorderkwartier in Heerhugowaard.
You canregister by sending an email to netwerk@dijkmonitoring.nl. We will then send you the agenda item in which the exact location and final programme will be shared.
KIVI members are most welcome!
