Borderless Sociocracy
Description
Interest in Sociocracy is constantly growing in many parts of the world. New, sustainable organisations are looking for ways of governance based on equality. Moreover, we observe an increasing need for transparency, which forces organisations to find other forms of governance. Instituting Sociocracy within an organisation triggers a process of development for all involved, and their experiences lead to new questions and solutions.
During this conference, plenary sessions and workshops will delve deeper into Sociocratic structures and applications in society and organisations.
