CSR in business
Description
More and more organisations are making the switch to sustainable business. Sometimes from an idealistic motivation, to make a positive contribution to the environment and society in addition to focusing on profitability. Often also because it helps organisations save costs, improve their competitive position or because they are forced to do so by external factors (public opinion or legislation). When switching to sustainable business, many encounter obstacles. The subject is comprehensive and therefore somewhat elusive. It is sometimes difficult to translate (idealistic) objectives into practical measures.
Structure of workshop
In the first part of this workshop, you will be introduced to sustainable business and given an overview of tools and inspiring practical examples.
In the second part, you will work in teams on concrete cases (where possible based on input from participants), which will then be discussed together. This makes the topic concrete and the evening interactive.
At the end of the workshop, you will have a clear picture of how sustainable business can contribute to improving the competitive position of your company and also improve the impact on people and the environment
