Customer-driven Innovation with Soc. Media
Description
Summer Course: Customer-driven Innovation with Social Media
The Customer-driven Innovation with Social Media workshop was held last year. Due to the enthusiastic response from participants and because this workshop meets a great need, it was decided to repeat this workshop. We have chosen to conduct this workshop in the summer so that you can give this important topic your full attention. So use this coming summer to delve into the challenges of Social Media and what you can do with it in your daily work.
Have you developed a wonderful service or product and are you looking for ways to successfully market this product? With "customer-driven innovation techniques" you can cleverly bring your services and products to the market.
In this unique workshop, you can discover the secrets of "Customer-driven Innovation with Social Media" and afterwards you will have a concrete action plan in your hands on how to use Social Media in the different steps of the innovation process. Note: it is therefore not about marketing with social media, but specifically about innovation. You will be guided by experienced innovation managers. So in this workshop, you really get to work on the future of your own innovation.
Customer-driven innovation is about developing products and services that closely match the (latent) needs of consumers and companies. As a result, they are quickly embraced. Everything you need for this, we develop together during the workshop. In addition to this practical side of customer-driven innovation, various methods and techniques are provided to help you develop new concepts specifically for your organisation.
During this summer course, we look in detail at the following questions:
- How do you ensure that the innovations you develop meet the needs of the target groups you are interested in?
- How do you involve target groups in your innovations at an early stage and how can you use social media to do so?
- How can you use social media to turn the customers in your target group into real ambassadors?
Tools that will be discussed during this day include:
- Value propositions
- Voice of the Customer
- Blue Ocean Strategy
- Social Media
The workshop lasts one day and is interactive. This means that you get to work with cases originating from your own organisation.
