For persons
- who are (ultimately) responsible for time, budget and technology
- with (international) contracts in the 'hardware' sphere.
- who want to exchange their own experiences with others.

Note:
- A maximum of 30 people can participate in the meeting
- This meeting will take place privately, the content should remain confidential, with the explicit intention of sharing as many experiences as possible.
- If there is sufficient interest, the theme day will be repeated elsewhere in the country
- Meetings with an emphasis on ICT and R&D projects will follow later.

Content.
In this meeting, we don't want to focus on the technical field, but on the question:
- how do you ensure that the project is realised within budget and time?
- and what do you do if it threatens to go wrong?
- which adjustment options can you use
- how quickly do you inform the management

Furthermore:
- how quickly can you discover that something is wrong?
- how do you estimate how big an overrun is going to be?
- how big should a 'unforeseen' item be? 5% -10%? Or the difference between cost price and selling price?
- is there a difference between 'unforeseen' and 'setback'?
- effect of 'writing extra work' in the relationship with the client?
- how do you avoid late delivery penalties if you are not going to meet the delivery time?
- ordering long lead items when the engineering is not yet ready
- how do your project accounts reconcile with the financial accounts?
- do you take into account the client's non-payment of the 'last instalment'?
