High-Impact Innovation
Description
Most companies are convinced of the need to innovate. In times of crisis, this is especially important, to stay ahead of competitors and survive. When customers walk away because they find a better offer elsewhere, it is time for action. But successfully innovating is difficult. The questions companies run into include:
* how do we find out the real wants and needs of the customer?
* in what way can we create sufficient support within the organisation?
* how can we quickly test the viability of a concept?
The benefits of successful innovation are so great that it is worth finding answers to these questions. The benefits include:
* the ability to engage customers to such an extent that they no longer want to go anywhere else
* the chance to substantially increase profitability
* the prospect of increasing market share
In this master class, participants will be given tools to tackle the problems that hinder successful innovation. The session covers the following topics, among others:
* ways to structurally research customer needs
* methods to test concepts with customers
* revenue models to make innovations financially successful
During the master class, there is plenty of room for input from the participants' own practice. Participants test the tools provided against situations they encounter. The trainers and other participants can contribute ideas and tips. This helps to tackle the common phenomenon of the blind spot.
