Description

On Tuesday 7 June, the BPUG is organising the now most-attended event for project-driven organisations. This seminar is about our daily practice within projects, programmes and project portfolios and about the successful application of 'proven' and new best practices.

This seminar focuses on 'organisational energy'. This energy determines how driving organisational power is to successfully transform vision and focus into the intended performance. Every organisation has its own power. Ambition, urgency and inspiration are aspects that help determine this power. Aligning strategies, balancing portfolios, inspiring leadership and personal professionalism are also just a few aspects that influence the strength and especially the direction of energy within the organisation.
How can our projects and programmes really strengthen the organisation's life force?

What is important with the many changes is that the heartbeat of the change organisation stays in sync with that of the standing organisation so that we contribute to the vitality, agility and energy of the whole.
How does the deployment of best practices such as PRINCE2, AgilePM, P3O, MoP, MSP or Benefit Management contribute to the quality and intensity of this organisational energy? 'Organisational power' is even put at a central connecting place within Management of Portfolios (MoP) and on 7 June 2016, so will we!
