Description

On Tuesday 3 June next, the BPUG will organise the event for project organisations applying best practices PRINCE2®, MSP®, P3O®, M_o_R®, MoV®, MoP® and AgilePM. This seminar is about practice and how to successfully apply these best practices.

A seminar venue that has undergone a 'space-lift' inspires to look beyond boundaries.
'Planet Agile' challenges us to expand our knowledge and experience of Best Practices.

Agile practices have been favoured by system developers since the early 1990s and are particularly well suited for executing short-cycle, innovative processes that focus on visible results such as a working application, a website and so on. However, Agile can also be used well in non-IT projects.

Besides a varied programme of 20 sessions, this year's event features two fascinating keynote speakers: two professionals who will take us through their Agile experiences.

Opening keynote "Agile Transformation: Servant coaching over controlling management" by Zsuzsanna Rozsahegyi - Royal Philips. Zsuzsanna Rozsahegyi talks openly and passionately about the corporate approach, the team successes, the point where the organisation is now and the great learning moments along the way. Her story makes clear how it is that Royal Philips is moving so energetically towards Planet Agile!
