Who does not know that one such manager, who is often 'The sand in the machine'. In doing so, the executing professionals do their work not thanks to, but often in spite of the manager.
This mini-symposium not only highlights the phenomenon of 'managerial culture', but lets three driven people speak with a personal and practical story about their confrontation with it. It is also about the non-committal role of the professional, who must take responsibility again.
Prior to this mini-symposium, the General Assembly of the department will take place.
