In thinking about organisations and human behaviour within them, attention is finally turning to the biological basis of our behaviour.
Neuroscience is taking off. With the knowledge we have about our brain, we can not only understand how learning and remembering come about, but we can also influence this process effectively, at work, during training or at home.
The multitude of new insights is conveniently brought together for you in an interactive workshop.
In this workshop, Judith Droste will let you experience how special your brain is and will give you a number of practical tips on how you, as a leader or manager, can use brain knowledge to specifically influence the brain (and therefore the actions) of your employees.
