Description

Sustainability and innovation are 'buzz words', but what can sustainable innovator Priva do to tap new markets?

Those taking part in this company visit will get an inside look at a location most of us don't visit on a daily basis. Priva designs and makes solutions for controlling environmental conditions in (covered) horticulture and buildings. Think of hardware and software for climate control, but also for water management, cultivation and harvest registration. Priva supplies via local partners. Innovation and sustainability are key. This fits perfectly with the spirit of the times and what society demands.

But Priva wants more. There must be other markets where Priva's offering is on good terms. You will make a creative contribution to the thinking that precedes this. In between, you will learn about new developments in the field of business models. The knowledge you gain can be directly applied to your own working practice. Priva expects 'urban farming' (e.g. growing plants in empty office buildings) to take off in the coming years. But chances are that you participants will come up with better ideas. Innovation often arises by chance rather than along a mapped-out route. The group that best develops a business model for 'urban farming' or another new market for Priva will win a prize
