Value and appreciation
Description
Your company's most important assets are your products and services. The valuation and price for those products and services is determined by the customer. The valuation can vary greatly per customer and/or market. The (technical) specifications of your products and services must deliver the value for your customers. Sometimes this requires adjusting your products or services, but often it is also a matter of communication.
In this workshop, you will gain insight into powerful valuation methods and, on the basis of three practical cases, we will look concretely at customer needs in relation to product/service specifications. In this workshop, you will be introduced to the award-winning software package Inpaqt.
The workshop is part of a workshop cycle that will be held between 2 and 15 April.
The Royal Institute of Engineers (KIVI), Department of Business Administration, in cooperation with the Dutch Association of Commissioners and Directors (NCD), YES!Delft, organises the workshop cycle " MORE VALUE IN YOUR COMPANY" for entrepreneurs.
In this workshop series, the course leaders will discuss practical cases of several participants and you will exchange knowledge and experiences among yourselves. Theory and practice go hand in hand in this workshop series. The methods and techniques are taught in such a way that they can be applied directly in practice. This set-up ensures that participants look at their own company in a different way and get new ideas to get more out of their business.
In the workshop cycle "MORE VALUE IN YOUR COMPANY" of KIVI, Department of Business Administration, you will learn about value, get acquainted with useful tools, and immediately apply them in your own company. You will bring in your own case study and have an immediate opportunity for feedback
