Departmental board

KIVI Department of Business Administration has the following board composition:

  • Mick Verbrugge - chairman
  • Lon van Zon - secretary/treasurer

We are in the process of revitalising the department and are looking for new members.

The department board is responsible for:

  • Organising activities of interest to the members of the Department of Business Administration. These activities are (partly) delegated to regional or sectoral activity committees.
  • Taking initiatives in the interest of the members.
  • Maintaining contacts at universities, colleges and industry in the interest of the members.
  • Reporting to the KIVI Staff Office on the activities of the Business Administration Department.
  • Participation, if invited, in coordinating and policy activities of the KIVI Main Board.
  • Preparation and organisation of the Annual General Meeting of Members.
  • Handling questions, wishes or comments from members of the Business Administration Section.

We are looking for you!

The Department of Business Administration is looking for new members for the board. These include members who want to be involved regionally or thematically. Regionally, we are thinking of the following areas: South, West/Middle and East/North. Thematic topics include management & strategy, information flows & business processes and risk management & corporate finance.

Participation in the board offers you the opportunity to expand your network, especially at technical academic institutes, universities and innovative companies.

Does this appeal to you?

Then come to a board meeting. Contact the secretary of the Section for this. The main task of newly appointed (candidate) board members is to help implement the policy objectives.
