He also teaches 'Design Consultancy Practice' at TU Delft and gives a variety of workshops and lectures on strategy, sales and organisation.
Ries links his nearly 20 years of experience as co-owner of a successful design consultancy in a practical and effective way to highly applicable contemporary management theories and tools.
