On 1 November, KIVINIRIA department CI organised a Commercial Skills workshop in Eindhoven. The aim of this workshop was: To provide the best opportunities to achieve short- and long-term commercial success. Over 15 participants took part in the workshop which was conducted by Mr Hendrik Bosman. (ex-General Manager Toshiba Netherlands) Various topics such as contact quality, DMUs, USPs were covered, where experiences could be exchanged among themselves. Participants rated the workshop with an 8 for both content and organisation/accommodation and found it very useful. All the more reason for us to build on this type of workshop.
