Whether Technical Account Managers, Sales Engineers, Product Specialists, Project Leaders, Product Developers , Innovators, Researchers (R&D), Marketing & Product Managers and Consultants in all positions there is the question of how to stand out.

No matter how much time, money and energy you have invested in your education, gaining experience, specialisations and continuing education, the question remains: how can I distinguish myself from others who have the same level of knowledge and experience that I have gained? Why should people choose you as an engineer or manager?

The same applies to companies and organisations that, thanks to product development, innovations and R&D, have achieved an optimum level of knowledge and a very high level of quality and therefore continue to meet the high requirements set by the market. Here, too, the question is whether and how they distinguish themselves.
Because if the distinction is not perceptible by the market, the pitfall of competing on price and thus margin lurks. Giving in to that is not an attractive option.

During this workshop, we will use positive confrontation and, above all, be very interactive in our search for the distinguishing elements of our company or organisation. We will also look for what makes us distinctive. Why do customers choose us and why do people want to work for us and with us. So join in.

We will discover what distinguishes us and what hinders us in that distinctiveness and, above all, what we can do about it to be distinctive. On that basis, we will further develop our power of persuasion interactively during the workshop.

Target group
All engineers who need others in any way, both internally and externally, and therefore need to enthuse and convince others of added value, prevent conflicts and resolve disputes without sacrificing the price and margin factor.
