Description

Soft talk or value for your organisation? What can professionals learn from top students about this?

Why leadership programmes
The vast majority of organisations realise that complex changes from the market require proactive and committed management. Therefore, budgets are often set aside so that managers can develop themselves further through a variety of management & leadership training programmes. A good aspiration, but not always effective.

Experience shows that the value of development programmes is usually recognised. However, concerns often arise in the measurability and sustainability of the results, in their actual effects on the customer and the organisation. In short, high investments, with unpredictable returns.

How can we make leadership development more effective?
The question that arises is how can we more effectively shape the leadership development of professionals and enthuse them to make a lasting difference within their organisations? What exactly can we as professionals learn from top students in this field?

"Learning Leadership, Doing Leadership!"
