Description

A one-day interactive workshop that guarantees you more turnover and margin, based on the right customer approach and attitude.

Introduction
Due to all kinds of circumstances, we experience an increase in the need to act in a much more customer-oriented way in order to generate the desired turnover and margin. Also, the need for acquisition (potential expansion of business) has overwhelmingly become an important part of our commercial actions.

These issues require a significantly distinctive commercial approach. Here, the starting point is that commerce is based on interest in people and one's own organisation and products. In addition, on elements such as product and market knowledge, cooperation, tenacity and perseverance. Commerce is a profession that is always about making optimal use of opportunities, based on an innovative and process-oriented commercial strategy.

This training course focuses on all elements of relationship building and expansion with customers, where theory and practice will alternate
