Description

THIS ACTIVITY has been rescheduled for 22 APRIL 2010.

A one-day interactive workshop that will guarantee you more turnover and margin, based on the right customer approach and attitude.

Due to all kinds of circumstances, we are experiencing an increase in the need to act in a much more customer-oriented way in order to generate the desired turnover and margin. Also, the need for acquisition (potential business expansion) has overwhelmingly become an important part of our commercial actions.

These issues require a significantly distinctive commercial approach. Here, the starting point is that commerce is based on interest in people and one's own organisation and products. In addition, on elements such as product and market knowledge, cooperation, tenacity and perseverance. Commerce is a profession that is always about making the most of opportunities, based on an innovative and process-oriented commercial strategy.

This training focuses on all elements of relationship building and relationship strengthening and expansion with customers, alternating theory and practice.

Some of the topics:
- The structure of a commercial process
- Distinguishing ability
- Commercial effort and return
- Customer decision-making
- The approach to customers
- The recurrent determination of the commercial goal
- Presentation and conversation technique
- Mental attitude
- Personal influence
- Overcoming instinctively natural blockades and obstacles
- Contact quality
- Enthusiasm charisma
- Genuine interest

The training will be delivered by Mr Hendrik Bosman of BMPA. Mr Bosman has extensive experience in commerce and general management, including as General Manager of Toshiba. He conducts many training courses within SMEs and government
