Personal branding

This workshop is about your unique qualities, about profiling yourself, about selling yourself.
This is called Personal branding and you work on your image. For this you need to know yourself well and be able to present yourself effectively. This workshop is for everyone who wants to put themselves better on the map: for example, entrepreneurs, recent graduates and people who want to develop themselves further.

During the personal branding workshop, you will look for answers to the following questions:
- What are my qualities, what makes me unique?
- What is my personal vision and mission?
- How do I present myself effectively and leave a positive impression?
- How do I communicate clearly?

We will discuss a step-by-step plan to arrive at a clear self-image and how you can effectively present this self-image to your target audience so that a positive impression sticks with the other person.

This workshop includes preliminary work in which you will explore how others see you, so that you can immediately start working on how you come across to others.

Personal branding; deepening

If, after the Personal Branding workshop, you feel the need to go deeper into the topics, you can do so in the in-depth Personal Branding workshop.
In this workshop we will go into 'Who is my target group' and discuss the results of your step-by-step plan. We take the time to give you personal feedback on your personal presentation and clear communication. You can indicate what you need most in this workshop and we will determine the date together.

Personal communication profile

In this workshop, we look at what types of methods there are to determine your communication profile and that of the team. This involves personality typing.

We discuss from the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Platinum Rule and the Big five:
- what forms the basis;
- how they work;
- what the advantages and disadvantages are;
- how they can be used for personal development.

Before the workshop, please complete the questionnaires of the Platinum Rule and the Big Five. The results will be discussed during the workshop.
Participants can fill in the more extensive MBTI questionnaire after the workshop from which information about your type will emerge. The additional cost incl. feedback session is €35.
