The right focus
Description
Entrepreneurship you can learn!
As an independent professional or engineering firm, at some point you can no longer shut yourself off from the business side of your enterprise. Clients no longer cross the threshold so easily, the business is swarming with competitors, or every day you are just too busy with clients, managing employees and executing projects.
Fortunately, successful entrepreneurship is not difficult and in this series of lectures you will learn about the most important aspects of entrepreneurship and how to get a grip on them in an accessible way.
The format is interactive and there is plenty of opportunity to ask questions and exchange experiences, so you will also learn from others. Moreover, each meeting is a great opportunity to build your network!
Who is it for?
The workshop series is aimed at smaller engineering firms and independent professionals who want to get a better grip on their business
The right focus: what do you stand for, what do you do, what do you want, how do you achieve it?
The strategic focus forms the foundation of your company and helps you to make clear to your clients, employees, partners and others what you can do for them and to set out your course for the future.
In this lecture, you will learn how to recognise opportunities and how to respond to them with your own strengths and ambitions. You will then translate this into a crystal-clear message that you can convey to everyone with confidence.
