IT members are invited to attend the AGM on 27 May 2019, from 15:00 - 16:00. This also gives you as the members another chance to have consultations with your directors, to the extent that we might not have managed to do so during our events last year. And as a board, we would indeed like to briefly look back but also and above all look ahead with you.

3. Board composition

The board of KIVI Informatics consists of the following people: Robert Bierwolf, Salim Hadri, Felienne Hermans, Guido Ongema and Marten van der Tempel. Following Hein Brat's resignation in November 2018, Salim Hadri will act as chairman. Members are asked to agree to this.

Up for retirement is our treasurer Robert Bierwolf. The board asks that he be appointed for a third (and final) three-year term.

Should there be other candidates, they are welcome along with 10 signatures of IT members, no later than 22 May via informatica@kivi.nl
