Description
In cooperation with IPMA and CKC, we would like to draw KIVI members' attention to this annual conference for project managers. Contemporary project organisations require a rethink on steering and redistribution of power. This requires the project manager to take a new look at power and leadership. Together with the project team, he can tilt the organisation vertically instead of horizontally, creating meaning. How?
