On 1 November next, the 36th edition of the IPMA Annual Conference will take place with the theme: Agile project management as a 'transformer' of organisation and profession, who changes who? A rapidly changing environment is now the new norm. The transition to disruptive innovations, digitalisation and agile leadership undeniably affect organisations and those responsible for the transition. Adaptive transformation is becoming a must.
