Information manager, seize your role
Description
In collaboration with the ASL BSL Foundation, the following session is also open to KIVI Informatics members.
Central to this theme session is the connection between business and contract. As an information manager, you can play an important role in this, but are you aware of this and do you actually fulfil this role? And what is the difference between a contract owner and a contract manager? And how do you ensure good interplay between these roles? During this session, you will receive introductory presentations on supplier management and contract management and discover that where supplier management ends, contract management begins. Rein van Vugt, Director of Purchasing and Contract Management at a.s.r., will also talk about the situation at a.s.r. in relation to the topic. After the meal, you will get to work yourself in the Contract Management game.
