The completeness and reliability of government information serves democratic accountability as well as the individual interests of right-holders and citizens seeking justice.

The multiannual plan 'Open op orde' focuses on the structural improvement of information management throughout central government.

Sander Verhoeckx explains the action plan, Kees Verhoeven shares his vision from his experiences at the time of the allowance affair and those of the professional association, and Natascha Gadellaa explains how information management is organised at DNB using practical examples.
