The Master Speaks on Next Level Project Management

The knowledge and networking event 'The Master Speaks...' is about Project Management Next Level on 30 January 2020. Rob Agelink (Kadaster) will discuss the importance and possibilities. During this mini-seminar, Rob will take you through the new insights regarding Artificial Intelligence within the profession of Project Management.
To a large extent, the Project Manager's profession consists of making decisions based on often complex and vague information. This is precisely the area where human skills such as experience and intuition come in handy, alongside traditional "project management controls" such as project planning and risk management. Yet project complexity still regularly wins out over the ability of the project team and stakeholders to bring the project to a successful conclusion. According to the Bureau ICT toetsing (BIT), the central government regularly misses the mark in realising automation projects, potentially throwing away €5 billion annually.
How will AI change the field of project management in the coming years? Is combining qualitative (empirical) analysis with quantitative data analysis a solution? Sustainability is high on the political and social agenda. From a project management perspective, it relates to multiple perspectives, economic, ecological and social, but also to responsibility and values in terms of ethics, fairness and equality.
Expect an inspiration session where you will gain new knowledge and ideas. There will also be room for discussion and interaction with attendees during this knowledge and networking meeting and, of course, drinks.
