The Dutch Green Building Council (www.dgbc.nl) is an independent organisation, which provides a sustainability label for Dutch buildings and areas. Certificates indicate the assessment of the degree of sustainability according to predetermined internationally coordinated criteria.
In the presentation, Mr Stefan van Uffelen (DGBC) outlined the broad perspective and opportunities that certification offers for stimulating sustainable developments in the building sector.
