Excursion to 'The Rotterdam'
Description
Due to oversubscription to the previous excursion in 2012, the Board of the Construction Section of KIVI NIRIA hereby once again invites you to participate in the excursion to the under construction building "De Rotterdam", Kop van Zuid, Rotterdam on Thursday 28 March 2013.
The building
The building "De Rotterdam" on Wilhelminapier near the Erasmus Bridge in Rotterdam, is currently the largest Dutch project under construction. Not only in terms of height, 151 metres, but also in terms of building volume, 162,000 GFA. The building combines stras living, working and leasure (relaxation) and is for this reason also called "Vertical City" by designer Rem Koolhaas (OMA).

Participation in the excursion is free of charge for KIVI NIRIA members. The number is limited to 25 persons due to available reception space; acceptance will take place in order of registration. Participation is at your own risk. Registration via KIVI NIRIA no later than 22 March 2013.
