On Wednesday 25 October, the association for young structural engineers Youcon is organising a theme evening on wooden pile foundations. This meeting will be held at TU Delft, here the Stevin Lab will be visited and Geert Ravenshorst and Jan-Willem van der Kuilen will take us through current research and issues. In addition to the studies, Arie-Jan van Renswoude of ABT will explain the application of wooden piles at the Floriade pavilion and discuss the practical issues involved.

An ideal time to meet other construction engineers and expand your knowledge and network in the process!

There is a maximum age limit for participants: 34 years.
