After the ALV, Marian Luursema will present the National Police Techscan .
The police are taking a structural look at emerging technologies. What will be their social impact ? How will criminals use the technology ? How can the police apply those technologies ? What happens if we use such a technology and it suddenly stops working ? Marian is a Senior Advisor at the Science and Technology team of the National Police Chiefs' Staff and created the technology scan for the police.
