Due to the corona perils, this year's 2020 AGM will be held online via the Big Blue Button programme. We look forward to many registrations; The more members attend, the better we as a board can tailor the programme to your needs and expectations!

The accompanying documents will be made available to you online in good time. Registrants will be notified of this in due course. .

By law, the ALV is open to KIVI members only.

To participate, please proceed as follows:

1. You register via the site for this activity (right red button 'register'; you must be logged in for this!).

2. You check that your e-mail address is entered correctly

3. You check whether you have the Chrome or Firefox web browser on the computer you wish to use to participate in the meeting (participation is NOT possible via Internet Explorer).

4. You will receive a link on 15 April between 15:30 - 16:00 via the e-mail address you registered with. You click on it, enter your name and then participate in the AGM.

5. Prior to the meeting, there will be a brief introduction on the conduct of the meeting and the necessary 'rules' to enable meeting online. For instance, everyone will be asked to turn off their microphone and type in questions via the chat function. Even people who have no experience with online meetings, consultations, skyping, etc., this is a very suitable programme.

6. For people who want to get acquainted/practise with this way of meeting, there is an opportunity to take part in a trial session on 14 April (the day before the meeting). Between 4pm and 6pm, someone from the board will be available online to show you around.
