3. Secretarial annual report 2012 available for inspection
4. Financial statements 2012 available for inspection
5. Board changes
6. Explanation of NPT activities
7. European Congress Chemical Engineering 2013 The Hague
8. Communication with NPT members
9. Any other business and conclusion

The relevant documents will be available for inspection during the meeting.

The annual meeting will take place during the ECCE congress (www.ecce2013.eu).
