Mini-Symposium: From fossil to sustainable: the new chemical approach
The Zwolle Chemical Circle (CKZ) is coming up with a first!
The Zwolle Chemical Circle (CKZ) is coming up with a first! In addition to our well-known evening lectures, excursions and 'CKZ specials', we are organising a mini-symposium this year. A recent survey showed that many members are enthusiastic about this idea - and so are we!
Three top speakers, one urgent theme
We are proud to welcome three renowned experts, known from Eye-openers.co.uk:
- Dr René Rozendal (Paques Biomaterials): Microplastic-free thanks to the power of nature
- Dr. Nico Claassens (Wageningen University): Future production withCO2 and electricity as renewable raw materials with the help of micro-organisms
- Maurits de Roo, PhD candidate (University of Groningen): will follow soon
They share their views on the transition from fossil to renewable raw materials and present the latest innovations within chemistry. Their inspiring talks will be followed by an interactive panel discussion in which you can ask your questions.
Participation is free of charge. Register now!
Send an e-mail to our secretary Jenneke Pandelaar (ckzsecretariaat@gmail.com) to reserve a place. Be quick, as the number of places is limited!
This will be an evening full of inspiration, knowledge and valuable encounters. We look forward to seeing you on 13 May in Zwolle!
