NWGD symposium
Description
The Dutch Drying Working Group (NWGD) is organising its annual symposium on industrial drying on Thursday 29 November 2012 at the Jaarbeurs Utrecht Convention Centre. The theme is 'Sustainable Drying', covering topics including:
- fluidised-bed agglomeration & drying technology
- efficient design and construction of drying processes
- innovations in the field of pretreatment processes, heat pumps, and air dehumidification, among others
- CO2 footprint evaluation
Topics are related to both food and non-food drying applications. Besides presentations from industry and knowledge institutes, an update on the progress around 'Dutch Drying Institute' will also be presented.
