Hans Veenkamp will speak on green hydrogen for industrial decarbonisation.
HyCC specialises in the design, realisation and operation of large-scale green water electrolysis for decarbonisation of today's and tomorrow's industries. Hans Veenkamp is a technology manager at HyCC. He previously worked for Nobian, Nouryon and Akzo Nobel Projects & Engineering, INEOS NOVA and Energieonderzoek Centrum Nederland (now TNO). He will talk about green hydrogen production from the perspectives of project development, technology selection, design challenges and process safety. Prepare for an interactive session.
HyGear has been a pioneer in hydrogen technology since year 2002. The company is a global leader in on-site hydrogen generation. Its technology offering, all under one roof, includes hydrogen generators for reliable, cost-effective delivery of hydrogen at the production site.
henk van Kleef will give a presentation on Hygear. Hygear designs, builds and provides technology support for small-scale and compact hydrogen generation systems based on steam methane reforming (SMR) technology, for electrolysis systems to produce hydrogen, and for proton exchange membrane (PEM) gas purification systems to purify and recycle hydrogen, among other things.
The Arnhem Nijmegen University of Applied Sciences HAN has a dedicated hydrogen laboratory on site. HAN associate lecturer - Leo Polak leads the research line Engineering Hydrogen Systems, in which the group works on characterisation, integration and control of electrochemical stacks and Balance of Plant components, and on techno-economic analyses of decentralised applications. He will lead participants through a number of research setups at the lab.
Please note:
- A maximum of 50 participants will be able to participate.
- No refund in case of no-show or cancellation.
