Invitation ETV symposium and ELektrotechniek AGM

Dear KIVI Electrical Engineering member,
For our General Assembly this year, we have thought of combining it with the 24th anniversary of the ETV (ElectrotechnicalSociety) of Delft University of Technology.

The ETV has managed to organise an appealing and interesting programme with speakers of knowledge and name. Be sure to check out that programme via the link below.

You can buy tickets for the symposium via the following link: https://etv.tudelft.nl/symposium2026. The symposium itself is free, but the ETV does ask people coming to get a ticket so that we know how many people will attend. In addition, lunch will also be available for a small price.

ALV electrical engineering department

The ALV will be held at Café Labs. It is a short walk from the TU Aula to Café Labs (5 minutes). Within walking distance of 5 minutes from the Aula in Delft (Mekelweg 5) is the Café Labs establishment (Stieltjesweg).

for our ALV, the programme is short and sweet. So short and concise that we think we can hold the ALV during the lunch break of the symposium programme.

Naturally, we will provide lunch for those attending the ALV.

In order to organise everything properly, registration for the ALV via the KIVI site is required.

Participation in the symposium requires a separate registration, see above.
Indeed, this means that members attending our ALV will (have to) miss the first session of the symposium after lunch.

Our ALV programme will then be:

1.13:00 u.Reception and lunch at Café Labs Delft
2.13:30 u.Opening ALV and setting agenda
2.1Minutes of ALV 2025
2.2Discharge of Treasurer and Board EL
