ElaadNL is the knowledge and innovation centre of and for Dutch grid operators on topics such as charging infrastructure, Smart Charging and power quality. We also conduct a lot of research nationally and internationally. This keeps the Netherlands at the forefront of sustainable mobility.
Business parks are becoming hotspots for charging electric vehicles as more and more delivery vans and trucks become electric.
Due to the geographical concentration of high-power charging, the underlying power grid will have to be prepared for this.
Researchers from ElaadNL examined the impact on the underlying power grid at business parks and present the findings.
In addition, the NAL logistics working group presents the storymap on this topic.
Also joining the panel are Michiel de Voogd (municipality of Tilburg), Marco Vellema (province of Gelderland) and Niels Poiesz (Stedin).
