The KIVI Electrical Engineering Branch Board invited its members to attend the Annual General Meeting (ALV), to be held online.

During the ALV, members were given an account of the financial affairs and policies pursued.

The policy was further explained, how the state had come to be, the implementation and what activities had been and were planned to be carried out.

This includes striving for a full board and a timely succession of board members. Several board members are now nearing the end of or over their six-year terms. To ensure continuity, they need to be re-elected and new board members need to come forward.

Board changes will create vacancies, such as:

- general board member

- programme coordinator

- student / Young KIVI-EL member (up to 35 years of age)

Candidates are invited to apply to the secretary at el@kivi.nl. Within the board, the positions will be distributed later. There were no new candidates.

N.B. At this KIVI Members' Meeting, only KIVI members of the Electrical Engineering Department have voting rights.
