Homelab 2050 , part 1
Description
"The houses being built now and in the near future will still be there in 2050. Will they meet the requirements and wishes of 2050? Are we taking into account important issues of the future?"
In a series of meetings, we want to address this question systematically. Many houses built after the war no longer meet today's standards and wishes. In this series, we want to cover all aspects that may be important for the houses of 2050. In the extensive series of EU2050Powerlab (www.kivi.nl/eu2050powerlab), we have seen what the energy supply of houses will look like in the future and what the required energy demand will be. But apart from energy demand, many other issues are important. Sustainability as a whole becomes important. But also other issues, such as a healthy indoor climate of the house and a house that is easy to operate and maintain
In this first meeting, we do not want to go into solutions but first analyse all the requirements and wishes of the future occupant. Three experienced speakers will expertly highlight different aspects of this question. In subsequent meetings, we will discuss possible solutions for the various partial specifications that the house of 2050 must meet.
