NEN 3140 Safety Man and Installation
Description
Electricity, technical installations, maintenance and safe working! The, if possible, most important standard in electrical engineering, NEN 3140 has everything to do with it! NEN 3140 applies to the operation of electrical installations. The thrust of the standard is that electrical installations or equipment must be able to be used safely by employees and visitors. Suitable maintenance is indispensable for this. The work, including maintenance work, must also be carried out safely.
The Working Conditions Act obliges you as an employer to ensure the safety of your employees. In the field of electrical installations and work equipment, the law refers to the NEN 3140 standard. To comply with it, you not only have to ensure safe conditions and inspected equipment, but also proper operations. This makes the implementation of NEN 3140 a complex matter.
During this valuable study day, you will learn how to deal with the standard; from Risk Inventory to results!
The NEN 3140 addresses, among other things, that personnel must meet certain competence requirements. In addition, the electrical installation must be placed under the responsibility of an installation manager. But, there must also be up-to-date drawings of the installation. Working procedures are an important part of the standard to ensure operations. Risks to operations are dealt with as close to the source as possible; after all, you organise work efficiently and work on people's skills. Learn all about it during this NVDO Study Day! Come together with your colleague(s) to Siemens Netherlands in Zoetermeer and learn from the speakers, each other and practice
