Description

As the workshop on 28 September was booked up very quickly, it has been decided to repeat it, this time in Enschede!

How much maintenance is needed for an electrical installation, machine or process plant? Usually, how much and what kind of maintenance is needed is determined on the basis of supplier data. Optimising maintenance can shorten 'downtime', reduce maintenance costs and extend service life. Too often, people still think in the maintenance strategies TAO, SAO and GAO. By turning maintenance information into an iterative process, maintenance can be made much more cost-effective.

Leon Pelders is a maintenance specialist. He has experience in maintenance management at Heineken and Grolsch, among others. He was nominated by the NVDO in 2008 for the election 'Maintenance Manager of the Year' based on his achievements. Pelders currently works as an independent maintenance consultant in Haaksbergen. In a 2.5-hour workshop, Pelders will explain the essence of 'effective maintenance' and let participants work it out in cases. Extremely instructive for anyone involved in maintenance.
