Solar energy (pv) is an indispensable building block for a sustainable and climate-neutral energy system; globally, in Europe and in the Netherlands. Costs have fallen dramatically due to a highly successful combination of innovation and scale-up through market development. This is good news for the necessary energy transition, but at the same time there are growing concerns and questions about how growth will be achieved.

What does pv do to our landscape, what are the consequences for nature, how can we best use our limited available space, how sustainable is pv really? There is an urgent need for flexibility, customisation and integration. PV with not only low cost, but also high value: pv 2.0.

Fortunately, PV has everything it takes to make that possible, and TNO is working on that with a large team of enthusiastic experts. Reason for us to use this interactive webinar to chart the developments in the field of pv and to inform and inspire as many people and organisations as possible about the many, often still unknown unknown possibilities and faces of solar energy.

Programme
