Wind Power 5: Breakfast Booster: How doable is the energy transition really?

Breakfast Booster Windforce 5
Windkracht 5 contributes to accelerating the (energy) transition by realising projects that have a sustainable impact within organisations.
They know and connect different organisations (inside and outside the energy sector).
The Windkracht 5 team strongly believes that if people in organisations work well together, a lot is possible.
With a combination of management experience, technical knowledge and operational strength, Windkracht 5 brings movement to organisations.
In this way, Windkracht 5 contributes to a better world.
On Thursday 30 June at 08.30, Windkracht 5 is organising a new online Breakfast Booster!
And you are invited to join the breakfast session!
Windkracht 5's discussion leader is Edwin Groot, who will discuss with the table guests about:
The social engineering of the energy transition!
Why this topic?
The energy transition has a social engineering problem. Together with the guests and online viewers, we look for possible solutions to speed up the energy transition.
But who plays which role in this?
During this online Breakfast Booster, you will find out, among other things, what the biggest bottlenecks are, what the underlying social issue is, but also what opportunities there are for network operators, contractors and possible new parties.
Of course, you can also think along and have your say online.
Sign up and catch this inspiring breakfast session!
The table guests of this one are:
Marloes Kooijmans is director at Heijmans Infra and board member 'Vakgroep Ondergrondse Netwerken en Grondwaterbeheer' at Koninklijke Bouwend Nederland. What is the crucial role of contractors in the social engineering problem? And what is her view on the role of network operators in this? Marloes joins us at the table to share her insights with you!
Paul Langereis is director at Westland Infra Netbeheer and very active within Netbeheer Nederland. During the Breakfast Booster, he gives his views on what the biggest bottlenecks are in the field of social engineering in the energy transition. He will also give insight into what problems he himself, as grid manager, is facing and how they are being tackled.
Martha van den Hengel is theme coordinator 'Realisation' within Netbeheer Nederland and chair of the partnership Mensen Maken de Transitie (People Make the Transition). She believes that the transition can only be accelerated by working together. During the Breakfast Booster, Martha looks at everything from a positive perspective; with her, the glass is half full!

Research Social Engineering in the Energy Sector
The energy sector is undergoing tremendous change. With less available capacity, the demand for energy continues to grow. Every movement in our energy transition has an impact on other sectors, industries, civil society organisations and industry associations.
Which major themes are relevant to you in the social engineering of the energy transition?
To get an idea of this, Windkracht 5 would like to invite you to take part in a short survey. How do you feel about the important developments in our sector related to the theme of social engineering?
Where do you see the bottlenecks and what would help you?
Will you participate? Participating is very easy and takes only 10 minutes of your time. Naturally, your input will be processed completely anonymously
