The board of KIVI Geotechnical Engineering is pleased to invite you to an interesting lecture afternoon on the A16-N3 Project on Wednesday 12 June.

The A16-N3 junction, on the south side of Dordrecht, is one of the top six junctions between main roads and local roads that the central government and the region are jointly tackling within South Holland. The heavy traffic at this junction causes long traffic jams during rush hour.

The aim of the Work is to improve the traffic flow around the A16-N3 junction, thereby also guaranteeing the accessibility of existing business parks. To achieve this, Boskalis has been awarded the challenge of tackling both civil and GWW challenges within a short space of time in a limited workspace. The main geotechnical aspects within the project are the soft subsoil, the limited working space and time and the challenging phasing.

Programme:

13:30 walk-in

14:00 Presentations by Patricia Ammerlaan and Robin van Abeelen of Hydronamic / Boskalis

16:00 Opportunity to stop by the work / view from the hotel
